I've been doing more infusions lately (have a ginger vodka and a bacon rye going at the moment). A chili pepper "agave-based-spirit" is next on the list, but I can't decide between jalepeño tequila or chipotle mezcal. This one has a ton of my favorite flavors - fresh lime, pomegranate and ginger. I've never had them together in a single drink, definitely worth investigating soon.
