Old formula: Oysters + Gibson = Perfect Pairing

New formula: Oysters + Gibson + Staying HOME = Heaven

I attained a new plane of existence this evening. I discovered that not only does Citarella have a nice selection of oysters, but more importantly that they will open them up, put ‘em on ice, and send them away with you.  They cost about 3/4 to 1/2 as much as at a restaurant, plus I can make my own drink to go with them.

Sitting about with EE before heading out (or not) just got better.
